A Zigbee hub or gateway is required, and it is sold separately. This is a dry contact (potential-free) switch and does not power your device. It can switch low-voltage loads of up to 24V 2A resistive or 8W DC. For high-power loads such as air conditioners or large pumps, a contactor is needed.
