🕒 Order Processing Time

Once you place your order, please allow 1–2 business days for processing and production before your order is shipped.

🚚 Shipping Times

United States: 2 – 14 business days
International Orders: 2 – 14 business days

✈️ Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or other international couriers depending on the fulfillment center.

Note: While most orders arrive on time, external factors such as holidays, customs delays, weather conditions, or logistical disruptions may affect delivery times. Therefore, we do not guarantee exact delivery dates, and shipping companies hold responsibility for delivery-related delays.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

We provide tracking numbers for all orders. You will receive your tracking information via email as soon as your product ships.
Please note that items may arrive in separate shipments from different fulfillment centers.

Need to cancel your order? No problem!
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase without any penalty.

If your order has already shipped, we will assist you through our return process.
