🕒 Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return, regardless of your location.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging with all tags intact
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, you'll receive instructions and a return shipping label where applicable. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
📦 Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sealed goods opened for hygiene or health reasons (e.g., personal care products)
- Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards

🔁 Exchanges
We recommend returning your original item and placing a new order once the return is approved. This ensures the fastest processing time for you.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
We aim to make returns as easy as possible:
- Free return shipping is provided for the majority of orders across all supported countries
- For certain countries or product categories, a nominal handling fee of $3–$9 USD may apply
- Any return shipping cost exceeding $9 USD is fully covered by RevelSmart — you will never pay more than $9
- You will always be informed of any applicable fees before confirming your return
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 30 days of receiving your item — for any reason and without justification.
To exercise this right, use the withdrawal button available in your order confirmation email, or contact us at sales@revelsmart.com with your full name and order reference number. You will receive an automatic confirmation email within 24 hours.
How to Submit a Withdrawal Request

Step 4 — Ship the item back using the provided label (if applicable)
Step 5 — Receive your refund within 14 calendar days of us receiving the return
Return Shipping — EU Orders
- Free return shipping for most EU orders
- A nominal fee of $3–$9 USD may apply for certain countries or products
- Any cost exceeding $9 USD is fully covered by RevelSmart
Exceptions — EU Withdrawal Rights
In accordance with EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom or personalized items
- Sealed goods opened and unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons
- Digital content that has been accessed or downloaded
