To ensure a smooth return and faster refund processing, please pack your return items in one single package and follow the instructions below. Incorrect packaging may delay identification at the warehouse and affect how quickly your refund is processed.
📦 1) Pack Each Item Separately (Barcode Must Be Visible) 🏷️
Place each item individually in its original packaging whenever possible. Make sure the barcode on the inner packaging is clearly visible, and not covered, torn, or damaged. The warehouse relies on this barcode to correctly identify your item and match it to your return request.
✅ 2) Return Only the Approved Items in Your Return Request 🧾
Include only the items listed and approved in your return request. Do not add any extra products that were not included in the return request, as this can cause mismatches and may result in processing delays or return issues.
🚫 3) Remove or Cover Old Shipping Labels ♻️
If you’re reusing a box or mailing bag, please remove all previous shipping labels and barcodes. If you can’t remove them, cover them completely so they are not visible. Old labels can confuse carriers and may lead to misrouting or delivery delays.
🛡️ 4) Use Appropriate Packaging to Prevent Damage 📦
Choose packaging that is right-sized and protective for your items. Add protective materials such as bubble wrap or packing paper when needed to reduce movement and prevent damage. Avoid using oversized packaging, as it may increase shipping costs unnecessarily.

Close your package tightly using strong packing tape and secure all openings and edges. Ensure the parcel is ready for shipping, and that only the current return label is visible and readable.
