It’s good, i got the wrong number size and then i switched and got the right size if ur a 7 get a 8 make sure the ring ur comparing it to fits the right size for all ur finger

Very easy app to install and all the health data is very useful for tracking sports activities sleep et cetera really love it. the ring itself is comfortable to wear and a lot easier than wearing my apple watch.
I had to exchange it, it was too big, so I bought a size smaller than the measurement I took with a regular tape measure (2 sizes smaller will be too small). The ring is good, delivery was fast, but since my hand is small and the ring is curved, it was a bit uncomfortable; the silicone cover helps. It didn't measure sleep accurately, but the rest is going well, I'm liking it.

I have bought several and the last one does not appear to be of premium quality. The external surface appears concave and not so pleasing to the eye. I bought the previous ones in size 12 and they felt tight, so I ordered size 13 and the difference is not noticeable.
