🕒 Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


✅ Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

📦 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue promptly.


🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics, grooming items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

🔁 Exchanges

To make an exchange, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once the return is accepted.

For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 30 days of delivery — for any reason and without justification. Items must meet the same return criteria listed above.


💳 Refunds

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days
